About me

Hi, I’m Tarah a Dutch licensed psychologist (GZ-psychologist) with years of experience in mental healthcare. Since 2017, I’ve worked in both specialist and generalist mental health (SGGZ & BGGZ), supporting adults with a wide range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, autism-related difficulties, burnout, depression, perfectionism and emotional overwhelm. My work is warm, clear and grounded. No judgment, no pressure: just practical tools and psychological guidance designed to bring structure, emotional clarity and balance into daily life.

My clinical background

I work with adults experiencing a broad spectrum of psychological issues, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, autism-related difficulties, emotional dysregulation, depressive symptoms, burnout, perfectionism, identity struggles and longstanding relational patterns.

I use evidence-based methods (CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, EFT), but always in a warm, human and individualized way. My goal is to help you develop emotional stability, self-understanding and sustainable tools that actually work in your daily life.
